Canyoning in Chapada dos Veadeiros

At the indicated time, we'll meet you at Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, located in the district of Goiás.

First, we will have a brief talk about safety and technical rules and provide the necessary equipment. Then, we will walk to the area authorized by the Chico Mendes Institute of Biodiversity Conservation (ICMBio) for canyoning.

Once there, we will begin the activity, crossing through canyons and rappelling down waterfalls. We will start by rappelling down a 6-meter crevice between walls. The second obstacle will be a 9-meter-high waterfall.

After climbing about 10 meters, we will arrive at the Carrossel waterfall, one of the popular natural attractions of Chapada dos Veadeiros. We will also rappel down some sections of the Garimpão waterfall and then swim in the natural pool at its base.

From the top of the waterfall, we will enjoy views of the Preto River valley. We will then rappel down more cliffs, ranging from 5.23 to 40 meters.

Finally, we will return on foot to the starting point to conclude the activity after 6 hours.
