Join us on an adventure to the archaeological site of Yaxha, important for the Mayan civilization, featuring temples and pyramids.

Yaxha Trip

We will pick you up at 8 a.m. from your hotel in San Ignacio and head to the lagoons of Yaxhá and Sacnab, visiting the ancient city of Yaxha. Key sites include the Astronomical Complex, Pilgrims' Avenue, and Twin Pyramid Complex, where insights into Mayan traditions will be provided. Expect to experience the life of the Yaxha Mayans for four hours, including the Temple of the Red Hands, followed by a stop at a local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we will return to San Ignacio and conclude the excursion at 4 p.m. with drop-off at your accommodation.

Sunset trip

You can choose the sunset excursion when reserving. This trip also covers the same itinerary but begins with pickup at 11 a.m. and concludes at 7:30 p.m.

Necessary documents

Since we will cross the border between Belize and Guatemala, you must carry your passport.
