At the indicated time, we'll meet at Gómez Calderón Street to start our olive oil tasting in Cazorla.

Accompanied by an agronomist and olive oil connoisseur, you'll learn about this basic food of the Mediterranean diet. Spain is the main producer of olive oil in the world. You'll get to know the different categories of this liquid gold and its particularities.

The tasting will begin by smelling the various aromas of the oils, followed by the tasting of 2 different oils: an early harvest EVOO of the royal variety and an early harvest EVOO of the picual variety, which is predominant in the province of Jaén.

After an hour and a half of learning about the properties of olive oil in this workshop in Cazorla, we'll conclude the tasting and say our goodbyes.
