Olive Oil Tasting Details
We'll meet at Gómez Calderón Street to begin our session. Accompanied by an agronomist and olive oil connoisseur, you will discover the various categories of olive oil. Spain is the world's main producer of this product, and you'll explore its distinct features.
The tasting will commence with smelling various oil aromas, followed by tasting 2 types of oils: an early harvest EVOO of the royal variety and an early harvest EVOO of the picual variety, which predominates in Jaén. Both oils are notable.
After an hour and a half of education on the properties of olive oil, we will conclude the tasting and say our farewells.
