Details of the Olive Oil Tasting

We'll gather at Gómez Calderón Street at the designated time to initiate our olive oil tasting journey in Cazorla!

Guided by an expert agronomist with extensive knowledge of olive oil, you will delve into the rich heritage of this staple in Mediterranean cuisine. Did you know that Spain holds the title of the world's largest olive oil producer? You will explore the various classifications of this liquid treasure and its unique characteristics!

The tasting will commence with an exploration of the oils' distinct aromas, followed by the opportunity to savor two exquisite oils: an early harvest extra virgin olive oil from the royal variety and another from the picual variety, which is predominant in Jaén. Both are sure to impress your palate!
