At the indicated time, we'll meet at Gómez Calderón Street to start our olive oil tasting in Cazorla.
Accompanied by an agronomist and olive oil connoisseur, you'll discover the importance of olive oil in the Mediterranean diet and that Spain is the leading producer of olive oil globally. The tasting will cover the different categories of this product and their characteristics.
The tasting will begin by smelling the various aromas of the oils, followed by the tasting of 2 different oils: an early harvest EVOO of the royal variety and an early harvest EVOO of the picual variety, which is predominant in Jaén. Both oils will be featured.
After an hour and a half of learning about olive oil properties in this workshop in Cazorla, we will conclude the tasting and say our goodbyes.
