Description
At the indicated time, we'll meet at Via XXV Novembre, 29. Once we're ready, we'll walk towards the center of Cefalù. We will explore the small markets of the city for fresh ingredients for the workshop. After gathering our products, we'll head to a local restaurant where we'll begin learning how to make fresh, handmade pasta.
After the pasta workshop, we'll prepare a fish-based second course with vegetables. Once cooking is finished, we will sit at the table to taste the delicacies we've prepared, accompanied by Sicilian wine.
After 2 hours, and with our appetites satiated, we'll say goodbye.
