In this cooking class in Cefalù, we will teach you how to make typical Sicilian recipes. We will first go shopping and then prepare pasta dishes, a fish dish, and a dessert.
Description
At the indicated time, we will meet at Via XXV Novembre, 29. Once ready, we'll walk towards the centre of Cefalù. Prepare to discover the gastronomy of Sicily in a unique way.
We will begin this culinary experience in Cefalù by exploring small markets of the city to find fresh ingredients for the workshop. With our baskets filled, we will head to a local restaurant to start our cooking session. We will learn step by step how to make fresh, handmade pasta.
After the pasta workshop, we will prepare a fish-based second course with vegetables. Once finished cooking, we will sit down to enjoy the delicacies we've created, accompanied by Sicilian wine.
After 2 hours, having satisfied our appetites, we will say goodbye.
