Hair of Venus Waterfalls Excursion

Around 3 pm, pickup will be at your hotel in Palinuro for a trip to the famous Hair of Venus waterfalls, or the Capelli di Venere, within Cilento National Park. Prepare to explore this oasis!

We will head towards Casaletto Spartano, a town in the Oasi Capello area, a main attraction of the park. Once we arrive, we will take a wooded path along the river to the end of the Rio Casaletto Valley.

At the end of the path, the Hair of Venus waterfalls await. You will learn about the legend behind this location during the tour. Surrounded by vegetation, observe the play of light and the waterfalls.

Look up to see remains of an old Norman stone bridge, providing a picturesque backdrop ideal for photos.

After enjoying the waterfalls, we will continue along the river to an old water mill, where there is a designated area with tables for snacks and relaxation.

We will then board the bus for the return to your hotel in Palinuro, completing a four-hour excursion.
