Hike Details

We'll meet at the Puerto de Navacerrada Sky Resort at 9 am. Here, we’ll provide you with the snowshoes and snow poles and explain how to use them for a safe activity. After this briefing, you'll be ready to explore the snowy Sierra de Guadarrama.

Geared up with snowshoes and poles, we’ll start a 6.2-mile (10-kilometer) hike. We'll take the Schmid Trail towards the Siete Picos (Seven Peaks). Midway, we’ll make a brief stop to rest and admire the views.

Afterward, we’ll begin our return to the Puerto de Navacerrada Ski Resort, passing through soft and smooth snow. We will arrive back at 2 pm.
