With your ticket to Château de Champs-sur-Marne, explore the furnished rooms at your own pace. Built in early 18th century neoclassical style, the château features lavish interiors, including a Chinese-style smoking room, grand salons, a library, billiard room, and decorated bedchambers filled with art and antiques.

Your ticket includes a booklet in English and other languages with information about the château's history, architecture, and notable residents like Voltaire and Madame de Pompadour.

The château's gardens feature elegant parterres, fountains, and pathways, exemplifying 18th-century French and English landscaped parks. The 200 acres (85 hectares) surrounding the château provide a peaceful retreat from Paris.

Opening Times

The Champs-sur-Marne castle is open every day except Tuesdays:

From June to September: 10 am to 12:15 pm and 1:30 pm to 6:00 pmFrom October to May: 10 am to 12:15 pm and 1:30 pm to 5 pm

Important: final admission is 30 minutes before closing time.

Admission to the Château de Champs-sur-Marne is free for:

EU young people aged 18-25.Children under 18, regardless of nationality.

To acquire the free admission, visit the ticket office and present a valid ID.

Free admission is also available on the first Sunday of the month between January 1 and March 31, November 1 and December 31, and the third weekend of September.
