Tarma & Chanchamayo Waterfalls Excursion

We'll pick you up at your hotel in La Merced at 8 am to take a tour around the province of Chanchamayo.

We'll start by visiting the Velo de la Novia de Pan de Azúcar waterfall, followed by the Ducha del Diablo waterfall after passing through La Virgen tunnel. Next, we'll stop at the Yanango and Carpapata viewpoints for views of the highlands and the jungle.

Then we'll go to Acobamba in the province of Tarma to visit the National Sanctuary of Muruhuay.

Following this, we'll see the Huagapo Cave to explore its formations and learn about its Quechua name, which means "tears of the mighty."

Afterward, we'll return to Muruhay for free time for lunch before heading to the city of Tarma, where we'll tour its colonial streets, Plaza de Armas, and the Odria Museum.

Finally, we'll return to La Merced, dropping you off at your hotel after a nine-hour excursion.
