Explore the most spectacular park in Chandigarh when you take our fantastic tour of the Rock Garden. You will discover the amazing ceramic sculptures and also visit the serene Sukhna Lake.

Rock Garden and Sukhna Lake Tour

After meeting at the gates of Rock Garden at the selected start time, we will begin our tour of the park, where we will see thousands of sculptures made with recycled materials. You will learn about how, in 1960, a local artist initiated a project to transform gathered glass and plastic into art.

The project of Nek Chand features paths, waterfalls, and sculptures, becoming a symbol of the city. More than 5000 people visit Rock Garden every day.

After leaving Rock Garden, we will explore Nagar Van forest park, also known as City Forest, perfect for hiking enthusiasts. You will find numerous trails, a bridge, and a cabin in this peaceful area, home to over 20 bird species.

We will then proceed to the Lake Sukhna reservoir, created in 1958 by damming a stream from the Sivalik Hills. This area has become a popular recreation and leisure space for Chandigarh residents.

After exploring the parkland for around 2 hours, our tour will conclude on the shores of Lake Sukhna.
