Greek Cooking Class

At 3:30 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel in Chania and head to a local farm to learn the secrets of Cretan gastronomy. Upon arrival, we will be welcomed by the farmers and begin exploring the farm in the White Mountains, or Lefka Ori. We will first visit the vegetable garden, where fresh produce for Greek dishes is harvested.

Aromatic herbs, olive oil, vegetables, and dairy products will be among the ingredients we use. After exploring the garden, we will move to the kitchen to prepare various traditional Cretan recipes and learn local cooking techniques.

Subsequently, we will enjoy our dinner, featuring appetizers like ntakos, tzatziki, and kalitsounia cheese pies, paired with some Greek wine.

After savoring the flavors of Greek cuisine, we will return to your hotel in Chania, with the return scheduled for around 10:30 pm.
