Located along the Loire River between Amboise and Blois, Chaumont-sur-Loire Castle reflects its medieval origins and its prominence during the French Renaissance when acquired by Catherine de Medici in 1550. With your ticket, explore at your own pace, including Queen Catherine de Medici's bedroom and the chambers of her astrologer, Cosimo Ruggeri.

Visit the Council Chamber featuring the Tapestry of the Planets and the Days, the Staircase of Honor, the chapel, and the Guard Room. The private apartments offer a glimpse into regal life, including a dining room, library, living rooms, and billiard room.

Your ticket also provides access to areas within the Domaine de Chaumont-sur-Loire, including the stables, farm, and gardens. Accommodation is available at Hotel Le Bois des Chambres, located 984 feet (300 meters) from the entrance.

From April 19 to November 2, 2025, enjoy the Jardins International Festival, themed The Imaginary in the Art of Gardens, inspired by tales from One Thousand and One Nights and stories by Anderson and Perrault.
