Chefchaouen Guided Tour

On this guided walking tour of Chefchaouen, we'll visit the historic centre of this city, also known as the blue city of Morocco.

Tour Details

We'll begin our tour by foot of Chefchaouen at the entrance of Hotel Madrid, a starting point for exploring the city.

Firstly, we'll visit the Spanish neighbourhood and then proceed to the ancient medina of Chefchaouen, where we will see the exterior of the Grand Mosque. Next, we’ll stop at Plaza Utta-el-Hamman to admire the imposing Kasbah or Alcazaba.

Our exploration will continue to the picturesque houses and the old city wall gates: Bab Ell Ain, Bab Souk, and Bab Onsar. As we wander, we'll see Chefchaouen's famous blue houses and learn about their indigo decoration.

After two immersive hours, we'll conclude our tour of Chefchaouen.
