Hike Details

Take a break from the city heat with a trip to the Akchour Waterfalls. On the day of your excursion, we will pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time for a 35-minute taxi ride to Akchour, a small village in the Rif Mountains.

Upon arrival in this natural area, we will begin a two-hour hike through Talassemtane, leading to the magnificent Akchour Waterfalls. You will experience the sound of water crashing into natural pools. Afterward, enjoy a refreshing dip and have lunch with a view. Consider bringing a picnic or opting for a tajine from local stalls.

After lunch, we will take a different hiking route to one of the entrances of the Talassemtane National Park before returning to Chefchaouen via taxi, concluding a 7-hour adventure.

Pickup

This activity includes pickup from accommodations in central Chefchaouen. If you are not in this area, pickup will be at Hotel Madrid at the designated time.

Itinerary changes

During certain times of the year, waterfall flow may be reduced. In such cases, you can choose to visit the waterfalls for hiking or opt for a combo trip featuring both the smaller waterfalls and God's Bridge, guaranteeing an enjoyable experience.
