Hike Details
Take a break from the city heat and escape into Morocco's natural landscapes, enjoying a dip in the Akchour Waterfalls. We’ll pick you up from your hotel at the specified time for a 35-minute taxi drive to Akchour, located in the Rif Mountains. Our hike will commence through Talassemtane, lasting two hours, leading us to the Akchour Waterfalls.
Experience the captivating sound of water crashing into natural pools. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool waters, followed by lunch with a view. Bring your own picnic or opt for a tajine from local food stalls. After lunch, a new hiking route will take us to one entrance of Talassemtane National Park. We will then return to Chefchaouen by taxi. The total duration of the adventure is approximately 7 hours.
Pickup
This activity includes pickup from accommodation in the centre of Chefchaouen. If you are not in that area, we will pick you up from Hotel Madrid at the indicated time.
Itinerary changes
Seasonal variations may affect waterfall water flow. In such cases, you may choose to visit the waterfalls or opt for a combo trip to see both the smaller waterfalls and God's Bridge.
