Activity Details

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Chengdu and go directly to the Dujiangyan Panda Bear Reserve, located approximately two hours away.

Upon arrival, we'll wear the same uniform as the staff and tour the facilities where the panda bears live, in a natural area with bamboo and a variety of vegetation.

Next, we'll watch how the volunteers prepare the panda's food to later feed them. The bears have a varied diet beyond bamboo. After assisting with tasks like preparing the animals' sleeping areas, we'll have lunch in the employees' cafeteria.

After lunch, we'll view a documentary about panda bears. We will also cook a snack for the animals, a fruit and corn cake they enjoy.

Finally, we will return, making a brief stop at Dujiangyan Zhongshug, known for its impressive bookstore design featuring tall columns and mirrors.

After 7 hours of activity, we'll take you back to your hotel in Chengdu.
