After picking you up at your hotel in Chengdu, we'll head to the famous Panda Bear Base, on the outskirts of the city.

Inside the reserve, we'll walk through the natural space where you can see the Chinese panda bears playing and eating bamboo. You will also learn interesting facts about them.

After 2 hours in the reserve, the tour will continue in the People's Park, a large public garden in the centre of Chengdu. The park covers over 100,000 square meters and features artificial lakes and Asian flowers like the lotus. The garden also has several traditional tea houses where you can sample the local tea and traditional sweets.

Next, we will visit Wide and Narrow Alley in Chengdu, exploring some of the oldest buildings in Sichuan's capital. After learning its history, we'll head to a restaurant where you can dine at your own expense and try some authentic Chinese cuisine.

Finally, we'll conclude this 8-hour tour by returning to your hotel in Chengdu.

While rare, entrance tickets for the panda base may sell out due to high demand. To avoid this, we recommend avoiding tours during the main holidays in China, 1st and 7th October.
