Private Tour of Chengdu & Panda Base

After picking you up at your hotel in Chengdu, we'll go to the Panda Bear Base, located on the outskirts of the city.

Inside the reserve, we’ll take a walk where you can see the Chinese panda bears playing and eating bamboo, while learning interesting facts about them.

After 2 hours in the reserve, the tour continues in the People's Park, a large public garden in the center of Chengdu. This area spans over 100,000 square meters and features artificial lakes with Asian flowers like lotus. You can also visit traditional tea houses to sample local tea and sweet treats.

The next stop is Wide and Narrow Alley in Chengdu, where we'll explore some of the oldest buildings in Sichuan’s capital. You'll learn its history before heading to a restaurant to dine at your own expense and try authentic Chinese cuisine.

Finally, the 8-hour tour concludes with a return to your hotel in Chengdu.

Important

Although not common, the entrance tickets for the panda base may be sold out due to high demand. To avoid this, we recommend not taking the tour during main holidays in China, 1st and 7th October.
