Elephant Conservation Center Day Trip

Enjoy an unforgettable day trip to an elephant conservation center in Chiang Mai.

Description

Pickup from your hotel in Chiang Mai will occur between 7 and 8 am, followed by breakfast. After a 1.5-hour drive, we will arrive at the Elephant Conservation Center.

Upon arrival, the center managers will explain the conservation project. You will have the opportunity to feed the elephants some cucumbers. Afterward, we will walk 1.5 miles (2.5 km) alongside the elephants to a river, where you can observe how the elephants bathe. A vehicle will transport us to a waterfall for a swim in refreshing waters.

Following our swim, we will proceed to a nearby local restaurant for lunch, which typically includes a meat dish, papaya salad, fried rice, and vegetables. Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request.

We will return to your hotel between 4 and 5 pm.

Hotel pickup

Pickup is included for hotels within a 1.2-mile radius (2 km) of Chiang Mai. If your hotel is outside this area, you will need to go to a designated hotel for pickup. Details will be provided after booking.
