Enjoy an unforgettable day trip to an elephant conservation center in Chiang Mai.

Description

Pickup from your hotel in Chiang Mai occurs between 7 and 8 am, followed by breakfast. After a 1.5-hour drive, arrival at the Elephant Conservation Center is scheduled. The center's managers will provide information about the conservation project aimed at improving the elephants' quality of life. Participants will have the opportunity to feed the elephants cucumbers, as they are accustomed to human interaction.

Following the feeding, there will be a 1.5-mile (2.5 km) walk alongside the elephants to a river, where you can observe how they bathe. A vehicle will then transport the group to a nearby waterfall for a swim in its refreshing waters.

After swimming, lunch will be served at a local restaurant, typically featuring a meat dish, papaya salad, fried rice, and vegetables, with vegan or vegetarian options available upon request.

The trip concludes with a return to your hotel in Chiang Mai, arriving between 4 and 5 pm.
