Enjoy an unforgettable day trip to an elephant conservation center in Chiang Mai.
Description
Pickup from your hotel in Chiang Mai will be between 7 and 8 am, followed by breakfast. After a 1.5-hour drive, we will arrive at the Elephant Conservation Center.
Upon arrival, center managers will discuss their conservation project aimed at improving the elephants' quality of life. You will also have the opportunity to feed the elephants cucumbers.
Following the feeding session, we will walk 1.5 miles (2.5 km) alongside the elephants to a river, where we will observe the elephants bathing. A vehicle will then take us to a nearby waterfall for a swim.
After swimming, we will visit a local restaurant for lunch, which typically includes a meat dish, papaya salad, fried rice, and vegetables, with vegan or vegetarian options available upon request.
The trip concludes with a return to your hotel in Chiang Mai, arriving between 4 and 5 pm.
