At the indicated time, we'll meet at number 87 of Ctra. de Medina de Chiclana de la Frontera and head towards the Costa del Atún, the most famous coastal area of the province of Cádiz.

Our first stop will be Bolonia Beach, home to the Baelo Claudia archaeological site. Here, we’ll learn about this ancient Roman enclave while exploring the remains of its salting factory, where garum was produced.

Afterward, we’ll proceed to Tarifa, the southernmost city in Western Europe, located by the Strait of Gibraltar. A guided tour of its old town includes visits to the Puerta de Jerez, the church of San Francisco, and the exterior of the Castle of Guzmán el Bueno. Following the tour, you will have one hour of free time to enjoy a local meal, particularly traditional tuna recipes.
