Chihuahua Historical Exploration
At your preferred time, we will meet you at your hotel in Chihuahua to commence this captivating journey.
Our first destination will be the Historical Museum of the Revolution, where the personal items of Francisco Villa from his term as governor are displayed. Here, you will encounter various artifacts belonging to the general, including the vehicle where he met his end, a collection of weapons, and a chapel. Remarkably, this iconic figure of Mexico was referred to as the Centaur of the North.
Next, our tour will lead us to the Government Palace, featuring striking murals in its courtyard by Aarón Piña that illustrate the historical narrative of Chihuahua. It is also the site where Miguel Hidalgo, revered as the Father of the Nation, met his demise.
As we proceed, you will have the opportunity to view the Chihuahua Cathedral, hailed as the premier Baroque architectural gem in northern Mexico. The journey also encompasses significant squares, including the Plaza de Armas and Plaza de Hidalgo, along with glimpses of several notable residential neighborhoods.
After approximately three hours of exploration, we will return you to your accommodation, concluding a tour rich in cultural insight.
