Your journey begins with a hotel pickup, setting the stage for an exploration of one of the most celebrated locations in Chihuahua's desert region.

During the three-hour drive to the canyon, you will encounter notable landmarks, including Cuchillo Parado, the site where the first confrontation of the Mexican Revolution occurred.

Next, we will visit the Grutas de Coyame, where a guided hour-long tour will reveal the wonders hidden within these caves. You’ll also learn about Coyame del Sotol and its renowned alcoholic beverage, sotol, along with other fascinating insights throughout the journey!

Upon reaching the stunning Peguis Canyon, you will immediately grasp its reputation as one of Mexico's most magnificent canyons. Strolling through its towering walls of over 300 meters (984 feet), you may choose to experience a one-hour boat ride on the Conchos River if you wish.

Whether on foot or by water, prepare to savor breathtaking views and connect with the natural wilderness of the Chihuahuan desert. Before we conclude our day, there will be time to relax in the area surrounding Peguis Canyon, allowing you to enjoy a snack and regain your energy after the trek.

After eight to nine hours out in nature, we will return you to your hotel in Chihuahua. Until next time!
