Horseback Riding in Mallín Grande

The horse ride begins at an equestrian centre in Mallín Grande, located next to the CH-265 road, where we will meet at your preferred time.

The centre's instructors will provide a 20-minute briefing on riding techniques, ensuring you learn to ride safely and comfortably. No previous riding experience is required, making it accessible for all. Following this session, the ride will commence.

The equestrian route is of low difficulty and lasts three hours, traversing the surroundings of Mallín Grande. Riders will follow the trails of historic muleteers through the coigües forests of Chilean Patagonia.

As we continue along the shores of General Carrera Lake, the largest lake in Chile, several stops at viewpoints will allow for appreciating the vastness of this significant Patagonian lake.

During one of these breaks, participants will enjoy a snack that includes a cereal bar, nuts, and juice or mineral water. Following the refreshment, the ride will proceed through other picturesque areas along the lake.

The tour will conclude with a return to the starting point.
