Private Sidecar Tour in Chinon
The exploration of the Loire Valley will commence at the Chinon Tourist Office, where we will gather at the designated hour. Here, you will board a motorbike equipped with a sidecar—an excellent and nostalgic mode of transport for navigating this scenic area of France.
Our journey will initially take us through Chinon itself, showcasing the key landmarks of this enchanting town situated alongside the Vienne River. You'll witness the grand exterior of the Royal Fortress and admire other significant structures, including the collegiate church of Saint Mexme and the chapel of Sainte-Radegonde.
After exploring Chinon, we shall proceed toward Candes-Saint-Martin. This stop allows for a deeper understanding of Saint Martin of Tours and provides a splendid view of the confluence of the Vienne and Loire rivers.
Upon taking in this picturesque scene, we will cross the famed Montsoreau Bridge en route to the lovely village of Chouzé-sur-Loire.
A stroll through the quaint old quarter of Chouzé will conclude our excursion before we make our way back to Chinon. The return to our starting point is planned for two hours after we set off.
Details about the Motorbikes
Throughout the journey, a guide will be in control of the motorbike. Each vehicle can carry a maximum of two passengers: one seated on the motorbike behind the guide and another positioned in the sidecar.
