Description

We will pick you up at your hotel in Chivay and head south. The first stop will be at the Andean viewpoint of Pata Pampa for views of the volcanic mountain range. Following this, we will continue to the Salinas y Aguada Blanca National Reserve, known for its captivating landscapes.

In this reserve, we will observe populations of llamas, vicuñas, and alpacas, along with other native Andean animals. Additionally, we will learn about the environmental features of this area. The route continues to Patahuasi, where participants may drink an Inca mate to help with altitude sickness.

We will also stop in Patahuasi to view the Misti and Chachani volcanoes. Afterward, we'll visit Lake Lagunillas to look for flamingos and Andean gulls. The tour will conclude after 6 hours at the Plaza de Armas of Puno.
