Why visit Tepuhueico Park?
Located in the heart of Grande de Chiloé Island, Tepuhueico Park is one of the most important native Chilean forests, centered around the conservation of flora, fauna, and wild mushrooms. This 20,000-hectare (49,421-acre) space is ideal for nature lovers.
With your ticket, you'll have access to two sections of Tepuhueico Park: the forest area and the coastal area, featuring trails that extend more than 10 kilometers (6.2 miles). Along these trails, you can explore dense forests and the Bravo River while admiring waterfalls, cliffs, and dunes.
The park is home to a great variety of animals, including numerous bird species such as the kingfisher, chucao, and royal woodpecker, as well as the Chiloé fox, pudu, and marine life including dolphins and whales along the coast.
Opening Times
Tepuhueico Park is open every day of the week from 9 am to 6:30 pm. Please note that these opening times are flexible and subject to change.
