After arriving in Sinchi Roca, a 20-minute walk through the jungle leads to the Vulcano cavern, also known as Cueva de los Mil Encantos. The tour will reveal various aspects and curiosities of this location.
This grotto was discovered and named in 1997 by Silvia Zamora, who promoted tourism in the region. The cave features formations like stalactites and stalagmites, alongside underground rivers and lagoons.
The tour includes exploration of both the cave's interior and exterior, surrounded by rich vegetation. The tropical trees and moss contribute to a picturesque setting, ideal for photography.
