Vulcano Cavern Tour
We'll pick you up at 8 am at your hotel to go to the district of Castillo Grande, about 35 minutes from Tingo María.
Once we arrive at the small town of Sinchi Roca, we'll begin a 20-minute walk through the jungle to the magnificent Vulcano cavern, also known as Cueva de los Mil Encantos ("Cave of a Thousand Charms").
This grotto was discovered and named in 1997 by Silvia Zamora, a promoter of tourist attractions in the region. Inside the cave, there are formations including stalactites and stalagmites, as well as underground rivers and lagoons.
During the tour, we'll explore the interior and exterior of the cave, surrounded by lush vegetation, creating an environment ideal for photography.
At the end of the tour, we'll drop you off at your hotel around 1 pm.
