Boat Excursion at Salamanca Island Road Park

Your adventure begins with a pickup from your hotel in Ciénaga at 7 am. From there, we will travel westward in a minibus towards the Salamanca Island Road Park.

After approximately an hour and a half, we will reach our destination, where you will board a boat for an extraordinary journey. Are you ready to explore breathtaking landscapes?

During this four-hour experience, you will embark on a remarkable boat ride and become familiar with the three types of mangroves found in the region, while also witnessing the rich variety of wildlife that calls this area home—a perfect outing for bird enthusiasts!

Our tour will include participation in the Plant a Mangrove project, where you will learn about the vital role this vegetation plays in the ecosystem and contribute to the conservation of the mangrove forest.

After soaking in the stunning views of Salamanca Island Road Park, we will return to the dock before heading to a local restaurant for a delightful traditional lunch featuring rice, fresh fish, and fried plantains.

Finally, you will be taken back to your hotel in Ciénaga, with an expected return time of around 2 pm.
