At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel for our day trip to the Cienfuegos Botanical Garden. This garden, just 20 minutes from the city center, is one of the oldest and most significant in Cuba.

Upon arrival, we'll explore the 94 hectares (232 acres) of the Cienfuegos Botanical Garden, which houses over 2,000 species of trees, including 23 varieties of bamboo and 150 types of palms.

Insights into the garden's history will be provided, tracing back to the late 19th century when entrepreneur Edwin F. Atkins, from the United States acquired the old sugar mill to enhance botanical research on sugar cane.

We'll also explore the wide array of plants from various corners of the globe that thrive in the Cienfuegos Botanical Garden. Your experience will conclude with a return to your hotel, ending the activity after a 3-hour journey.
