Embark on a boat tour of the Guanaroca Lagoon, a protected sanctuary in Cienfuegos, where you'll encounter colonies of flamingos and various aquatic bird species.

Description

Our adventure begins with a pickup at your Cienfuegos hotel, followed by a boat journey to explore the Guanaroca Lagoon, a natural park rich in biodiversity along Cuba's southern coast.

Upon arrival at the Guanaroca Lagoon, we will board a boat to navigate its mix of fresh and salt waters. Guanaroca is formed by the convergence of the Arimao River and the Bay of Cienfuegos.

The tour will take us through the protected areas of Laberintos de los Naturales, Cayo Ocampo, and various smaller keys in the bay. While cruising, you will witness the biological diversity of the region, including vibrant pink flamingo colonies.

Additionally, we will have the opportunity to spot migratory bird species and admire the mangroves.

After 2.5 hours, we will conclude our boat tour of the Guanaroca Lagoon and return you to your hotel in Cienfuegos.
