Figueroa River Rafting

Experience an adrenaline-packed adventure in the Aysén region with a thrilling rafting activity on the Figueroa River. Navigate the rapids of one of the most spectacular whitewater rivers in Chilean Patagonia.

Tour Highlights

Pickup is at Number 350, 5 de Abril Street in La Junta, followed by a trip to the Figueroa River, approximately 30 kilometers (19 miles) away.

After preparing the rafts and learning safety rules, we embark on our rafting descent on the Figueroa River. The journey involves navigating the fast and intense riverbed.

The first section covers 8 kilometers (5 miles) ending at a 3-meter high (10-foot) rock for those wishing to jump into the river. Following a break, we continue rafting for about 2 hours, concluding at the mouth of the Figueroa River in Rosselot Lake.

After reaching the shore, we take a short break for a light snack while enjoying the landscapes of Chilean Patagonia. We then embark on a 40-minute boat ride on Lake Rosselot.

The boat ride concludes at the lake's shore, where transportation will be available to return us to La Junta. Arrival at the meeting point is scheduled for 7.5 hours post-pickup.
