After picking you up from your hotels at 8 am, we'll drive to the Cullinan Diamond Mine. The drive will take approximately 1 hour.

Upon arrival, you'll be taken on a guided tour of the surface of this 100 year old mine. You'll observe its excavations and the large shaft, which is more than 1000 metres deep.

For about 2 hours, you'll explore the formation of diamonds, from their origin to their transformation into jewels.

This mine gained fame due to the discovery of the Cullinan diamond, nicknamed the Star of the South. The tour will address questions such as its weight, whether it broke into hundreds of pieces, and its significance in British monarchy coronations.

After the visit to the diamond mine, we'll return to the bus and drive to the village of Cullinan. We'll walk through the town, passing St. George's Church and its brownstone houses.

The tour will conclude at 3 pm when we arrive back at the hotels after exploring one of South Africa's notable tourist attractions.
