Water Trekking through Cuetzalan
At your chosen time, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cuetzalán and drive by minibus to the outskirts of the city to begin exploring the natural environment.
We will first visit the underground river La Garganta inside a grotto, where participants will get wet while walking along the river and admiring the rocky walls.
During the Cuetzalán water trekking tour, we will also visit the El Cántaro cavern filled with stalactites and stalagmites, and cross the Sacred Canyon to reach the Encanto waterfall, standing at 30 meters (98 feet) high.
The hike will take us to Pata de Perro (Dog's Paw), which consists of five small natural pools that are shallow and resemble dog footprints.
The activity will last five to six hours, depending on the group's pace, and will conclude with transportation back to your hotel.
