Discover the waterfalls of the Salto River and enjoy a trip to El Salto and El Meco Waterfalls from Ciudad Valles.
Description
We'll collect you from your accommodation in Ciudad Valles and travel towards San Luis Potosí in the Huasteca Region, where we'll visit the El Salto Waterfall.
This waterfall measures 70 metres (229 ft.) and is surrounded by dense vegetation and rocks. The Salto River flows into turquoise-coloured pools suitable for swimming.
Then, we'll head to the Meco Waterfall viewpoint for impressive views. Following this, we will use canoes to paddle to the next waterfall, which is 30 metres (98 ft.) high. Participants can jump from the top or swim in the nearby area.
We will have a traditional local dish at approximately 4 pm at a nearby restaurant. Afterward, we will return to Ciudad Valles, expected to arrive around 10.5 hours later.
