Swim in five of the idyllic Huasteca waterfalls with this fantastic trip from Ciudad Valles. You'll discover the beautiful cascades of Micos, Toro, Minas Viejas, El Salto, and El Meco.

Huasteca Waterfalls Trip

We'll pick you up at your hotel at 9 am from your hotel and depart from Ciudad Valles for the Micos River, a 40-minute drive away.

Upon arrival, we'll take a gentle stroll along the riverbank to reach the Cascada de Micos, over 49 metres (160 ft) high, where we'll take a dip in the plunge pool.

Next, we'll continue to explore the Cascada del Toro falls with its emerald pool, ideal for swimming. We will then return to the bus and head to El Naranjo, about an hour away.

There, we'll discover the Minas Viejas Waterfall to swim in its pool and enjoy an energy bar and iced tea. Afterwards, we will drive for about 50 minutes through the rainforest to visit El Salto waterfall, falling around 70 metres (230 ft), where we'll have half an hour to swim.

The last waterfall will be the Meco Waterfall, 35 metres (115 feet) high, providing a unique panorama. Afterward, we will return to El Naranjo for a traditional lunch and drink.

Finally, we'll return to Ciudad Valles at 7 pm, where we will accompany you back to your accommodation.
