Rappel & Waterfall Jumping in the Huasteca Cascades

Pickup from your hotel in Ciudad Valles is at 9 am for a 40-minute drive to the Micos River. Discover the Cascades of the Huasteca upon arrival.

After a brief presentation from the monitor, we'll start the river circuit. Experience the Cascada del Toro (Bull's Waterfall) and jump into a small 5 metres (16-foot) waterfall.

Continue with 5 more waterfalls. Participants uncomfortable with heights may only jump at the smaller waterfalls, including one that is 15 cm (6 inches) high.

Next, we'll travel to Minas Viejas, about 2 hours away, during which you'll receive an energy bar and iced tea. At Minas Viejas, we will prepare for rappelling at the Minas Viejas Waterfall.

Rappel down the waterfall for approximately 2 hours, admiring the views and cooling off in the water. Afterwards, we'll have lunch at a local restaurant, enjoying a traditional dish cooked in wood and a drink.

At 6:30 pm, we'll return to Ciudad Valles and drop you off at your accommodation, concluding the trip.
