Your day begins with a pickup from your hotel in Ciudad Valles at 7 am, followed by a minibus ride of approximately one and a half hours to Aquismón.

Upon arrival, a breakfast will be served, including coffee, enchiladas, chilaquiles, or scrambled eggs based on the season, to energize you for the abseiling activity.

Mexican 'sótanos', meaning 'basements', are pit caves resembling an abyss that extends deep into the earth. We will explore the renowned 'sótano El Cepillo' during the activity.

All participants will be provided with safety equipment and will descend through the cave with a vertical drop of nearly 160 meters (524 feet).

Accompanied by our instructors, we will venture into the depths of the Huasteca Potosina to admire its features. In the cave's final section, we'll discover a small natural pool with turquoise waters for those who wish to swim.

After a rest inside, we will return to the surface. A lunch comprising a dish and a drink will be served at a restaurant to refuel before concluding the excursion by 7 pm and returning you to your hotel.
