by Abseiling in the Sótano El Cepillo, we will discover the beauty of one of the pit caves of Aquismón and see its interior pool. It will be an underground adventure.

We will pick you up at your hotel in Ciudad Valles at 7 am and head to Aquismón for a day of adventure. The minibus journey will take about an hour and a half.

Upon arrival, we will enjoy a breakfast of coffee, enchiladas, chilaquiles or scrambled eggs, depending on the season, to energize before abseiling.

Mexican sótanos are pit caves resembling an abyss deep within the earth. During the activity, we will explore the 'sótano El Cepillo', one of the most famous in Aquismón.

Equipped with safety equipment, we will descend through the grotto with a vertical drop of almost 160 metres (524 feet). Our instructors will accompany us at all times as we enter the depths of the Huasteca Potosina.

In the final section, we will find a small natural pool of turquoise waters where you can take a refreshing dip if desired. After resting in the cave, we will ascend back to the surface. We will then go to a restaurant to enjoy lunch, consisting of a dish and a drink.

The excursion will conclude at 7 pm, and we will drop you off at your hotel.
