Tamtoc and Taninul Trip

We'll pick you up from your accommodation in Ciudad Valles and drive approximately 40 minutes through the state of San Luis Potosi to the town of Tamuín.

The first stop will be at the archaeological site of Tamtoc, the most significant settlement in the region, where you'll learn about the Huastecan culture, descendants of the Mayas. You'll walk among vestiges and mounds that depict the way of life of the first indigenous people in the area.

Next, we will continue for about 40 minutes to reach Taninul, a hotel with a thermal spa. You will enjoy an energy bar and iced tea, and then relax for 2 hours in the thermosulfuric waters of the spring. Skin exfoliation with mud and a complete beauty treatment in the natural spring will be available.

Finally, we will have a traditional lunch at the Taninul hotel, featuring a drink and a typical dish. After lunch, we will return to Ciudad Valles and arrive at approximately 5 PM, where you will be escorted back to your hotel, concluding the adventure.

Pickup is only available at hotels within Ciudad Valles. For accommodations outside the city, an additional charge will apply, varying based on the lodging location.
