Pickup from your hotel in Ciudad Valles is at 10 am, followed by a 40-minute drive to the Micos River. Upon arrival, you will gear up with a helmet and vest after a brief from the instructor. A walk along the riverbed leads to the Cascada del Toro (Bull's Waterfall), standing 20 meters (65 feet) high, where you will swim for about 20 minutes.

Next, you will proceed to "the test" waterfall, where you will jump from 5 meters (16 feet). This is the first of seven jumps, covering over half a mile of the Micos River. Heights vary from 1 foot to 8 meters (26 feet), including an exploration of a cave behind the highest waterfall.

A snack of an energy bar and iced tea will be provided for a quick recharge. The tour concludes with a return to Ciudad Valles, arriving at your accommodation by 2:30 pm.
