We’ll pick you up from your hotel in Ciudad Valles at 10 am and head to the Micos River, 40 minutes away. This stunning location sits on the edge of a canyon.

Upon arrival, we’ll go to the shore to put on our helmet and vest. After a brief explanation from the monitor, we will walk along the riverbed to the Cascada del Toro (Bull's Waterfall), which is 20 metres (65 feet) high. We’ll swim in its pools of crystal waters for about 20 minutes.

Next, at 5 metres (16 feet) high, we will make our first jump from a waterfall known as "the test." For the next hour and a half, we'll continue jumping six more times across half a mile of the Micos River, experiencing heights from just 1 foot up to 8 metres (26 feet) high, including exploring a cave behind the highest waterfall.

We’ll regain our strength with a snack consisting of an energy bar and iced tea before returning to Ciudad Valles, where the activity ends at 2:30 pm at your accommodation.
