At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Largo della Pace Terminal, near the port of Civitavecchia. From this point, we'll start a walking tour to discover the flavours and aromas of this Italian city.

Our first stop will be a wine shop, where we'll taste an aperitif of cold meats, olives, bruschetta, taralli, and cheese, accompanied by a glass of white and red wine.

After this tasting, we'll walk through the historical centre of Civitavecchia, visiting the ancient Roman port and admiring Fort Michelangelo, one of the most notable medieval fortresses in the Lazio region.

The walk leads us to the city's market to learn about the main ingredients of Italian gastronomy. Nearby, we'll taste three different slices of pizza: a margherita, a seafood pizza, and a mushroom and sausage pizza.

We'll then head to a patisserie for a coffee and a sweet treat. After three and a half hours of walking, we'll conclude the food route close to the starting point.
