At the time of your choice, we'll meet in via Prato del Turco, near the port of Civitavecchia. Our walking tour will lead us to discover the characteristic flavours and aromas of this Italian city.

Our first stop will be a wine shop. Here, we'll taste an aperitif with cold meats, olives, bruschetta, taralli, and cheese, accompanied by a glass of white and red wine.

After this tasting, we'll walk through the historical centre of Civitavecchia, visiting the ancient Roman port and admiring Fort Michelangelo, a prominent medieval fortress in Lazio.

The walk will take us to the city's market to learn about key ingredients of Italian gastronomy. Nearby, we'll taste three different slices of pizza: margherita, seafood, and mushroom with sausage.

Finally, we will head to a patisserie for coffee and a sweet treat. After three and a half hours of walking, we'll conclude the food route near the starting point.
