At the indicated time, we'll meet at the Food and Tour store to start this gastronomic experience around Civitavecchia!

First, we'll visit a local market, where we'll purchase the necessary ingredients to prepare our menu, browsing through meat, fish, fruit, and vegetable stalls to select quality products.

After the market tour, we'll head to a restaurant where a professional mamma chef will teach us to prepare traditional Italian delicacies!

We will prepare gnocchis, sauces, and a typical dessert, while learning about the significance of gastronomy to Italian culture. After cooking, we'll enjoy a lunch of the dishes we've prepared. Buon appetito!
