First, we'll visit a local market, where we'll purchase the necessary ingredients to prepare our menu. We'll browse through various meat, fish, fruit, and vegetable stalls to select the best quality products.

After the market tour, we'll head to a restaurant where a professional mamma chef will be waiting to show us how to prepare tasty Italian delicacies.

As we prepare traditional Italian recipes such as gnocchis, sauces, and a typical dessert, we'll learn about the importance of gastronomy in Italian culture. After cooking, we'll sit at the table to have a delicious lunch of the dishes we've prepared.
