Hike Details
We'll meet at the designated time at 933R North Rd before heading towards Duder Regional Park, which spans 148 hectares of diverse landscape, including rugged cliffs and native forests.
This guided walking tour will take you through different landscapes and secluded coves. We'll discover the area's rich history and enjoy stunning views. Our first stop will be Maraetai Beach for a short rest and photo opportunities at the jetty.
Next, we will hike along the Duder Coastal Clifftop Trail, offering views of the Hauraki Gulf. The trek includes various viewpoints through farmland, with insights on geological features and conservation efforts provided by the guide. If time permits, we may reach the Whakakaiwhara Point Peninsula.
After approximately 4 hours of hiking, we will return to the vehicle and take you back to one of the meeting points in Auckland. See you again soon!
