Cluj Guided Tour
Meet us at Museum Square to start our guided tour of Cluj and explore this region of northeastern Romania.
Cluj, known as the "City of the Arts," originated from a Roman colony established in the 2nd century A.D. Our route includes significant landmarks in the Old Town of this historic Transylvanian capital, showcasing its architecture.
Our first stop is St. Michael's Cathedral, featuring a bell tower that rises to 80 meters (262 feet). Next, we'll visit Banffy Palace, the headquarters of the National Museum of Art.
Continuing to Mirror Street, we will observe the symmetry of the buildings along this picturesque boulevard. We will then arrive at the Metropolitan Orthodox Cathedral, where we will see the statue of Avram Iancu, leader of the Wallachian Revolution of 1848. To conclude our tour, we will admire the intricate adornments of the National Theater building.
As we finish our tour, we will return to the starting point to conclude our experience.
