We'll walk through the historical part of town, reading the architecture and animating it with the lives of people past and present. We shall move across the town chronologically, exploring how new layers were added on top of old ones. Visual material will be used to make everything clear, since a picture is worth a thousand words. We'll also include a place with a view, to admire the beautiful cityscape.

We will start our tour from Piaţă Muzeului where you can find the iconic strung lights hanging above a beautiful cobblestone street that are featured in many photographs of Cluj-Napoca. There are a number of good restaurants as well as Matthias Corvinus House, which is where the famed Hungarian king was born.

During our tour you can also admire others important squares as Piaţă Unirii , the main square in Cluj’s Old Town , full of restaurants and terraces, St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, and a few storefronts; also Piaţă Mihai Viteazul where you can admire a beautiful fountain, cheerfully colored buildings and beautiful architecture to admire.
