Great cliffs, crags and rock faces as well as an impressive natural waterfall await us on this excursion to Santiago Apoala from Oaxaca, where we'll discover the fascinating landscapes of the Mixtec region.

We'll pick you up at 9 am at your hotel in Oaxaca and take you to the Mixtec region, characterised by its great natural diversity.

First, we'll visit a local market, where you can have breakfast on your own before heading to the village of Santiago Apoala, known as a Mixtec paradise.

Upon arrival, we'll take a walk to explore the natural surroundings of Santiago Apoala, including its famous twin crags. Following this, we will hike to the Tutatnoho riverbed for a refreshing dip.

Next, we'll continue to the Santiago Apoala waterfall, a spectacular 30-metre (98 feet) high waterfall. Photography enthusiasts will have the opportunity to capture stunning images of this site.

After the waterfall, we will drive to the center of Santiago Apoala, where you'll have an hour free for lunch. We'll then return to your hotel in Oaxaca, with an expected arrival time of 8 pm.
