At 10 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Oaxaca and drive to Santa María del Tule. Our first stop will be the park that houses the Tree of Tule, noted for having the thickest trunk in the world and being over 2,000 years old. While admiring this juniper tree, you'll learn interesting facts about it.

Next, we will visit Teotitlán del Valle, where you will see the process of making traditional textiles such as tapetes, bags, and sarapes. These items are produced using ancestral pigmentation techniques with natural dyes, avoiding harmful artificial products.

After exploring the textile production, we will proceed to a local distillery to learn about the production of mezcal, a popular alcoholic beverage in Oaxaca.

Finally, we will return you to your hotel in Oaxaca by 2:30 pm.
