Calderas River Rafting Activity

Join us for a unique experience in Cocorná with the Calderas River Rafting Activity, exploring Antioquia's jungles and rivers.

We meet at the Palacio de los Frijoles restaurant at your chosen time, where we board a vehicle heading to the Calderas River area.

Upon arrival at the riverbank, the guide will provide a brief safety talk and guidelines for using the equipment.

We will embark on an adventure down the Calderas River, navigating through rapids, whirlpools, and rough waters with drops of up to 5 feet (1.5 meters).

During the 3-hour rafting journey, enjoy the scenic beauty of Antioquia, including crystal-clear water, towering mountains, and diverse species of birds and plants.

At the halfway point, we will pause in a quiet area to enjoy a drink and a snack, with an opportunity to take a refreshing swim in the river.

We will continue rafting until we reach the bridge of the Samaná River, where a minibus will take us back to the meeting point.

After an unforgettable 4 hours, the activity concludes at the Palacio de los Frijoles.
