Calderas River Rafting Activity

At your chosen time, we will meet at the Palacio de los Frijoles restaurant and take a vehicle to an area near the Calderas River.

Once on the riverbank, the guide will provide a brief safety talk and guidelines for using the equipment.

The adventure begins as we climb into our rafts and navigate the Calderas River, facing rapids, whirlpools, and rough waters with drops of up to 5 feet (1.5 metres).

During the 3-hour rafting route, we will admire the scenery of Antioquia, including crystal-clear water, towering mountains, and various birds and plants.

At the halfway point, we will stop in a quiet area for a drink and a snack, where you can also enjoy a refreshing swim.

We will continue rafting until we reach the bridge of the Samaná River, where a minibus will take us back to the meeting point.

After 4 unforgettable hours, we will conclude our activity at the Palacio de los Frijoles.
