Your journey begins at 9 am with a pickup from your hotel in Coimbra, setting the stage for an engaging exploration of the Dão region and its acclaimed vintages. Prepared for this experience?

As we navigate through stunning scenery that plays a pivotal role in the creation of robust wines, our first stop is at a prestigious winery. Here, you'll discover the lush vineyards and differentiate between the varieties of touriga nacional and jaén. Additionally, enjoy a wine tasting guided by a knowledgeable winemaker.

Following this, we will visit a charming local restaurant to savor a traditional meal featuring roasted veal or succulent young goat meat, paired perfectly with an exquisite red wine.

With renewed energy, we’ll proceed to another winery, where you will gain insight into the crafting process of this particular varietal. A second wine tasting will provide the perfect conclusion to your delightful adventure.

Finally, we'll return to Coimbra and ensure you are back at your hotel by 6 pm.
