Description

At the scheduled time, we will meet beside the Hotel Esquisse. A minibus will then transport us to the towns of Alsace.

During the tour, you will have between 45 minutes to 2 hours of free time in each location to explore. The first stop will be Eguisheim, known for its charm and rumored inspiration for The Beauty and the Beast. Next, we will visit Kayserberg, admired for its picturesque houses and views over the Weiss River.

A brief stop will be made at the Sigolsheim National Necropolis, a WWII cemetery with views of the Alsatian vineyards. Following this, we will head to Riquewihr, where you can explore and find refreshments amidst its medieval architecture.

We will then proceed to Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, dating back to the 12th century. Here, you can tour the castle at your own pace and enjoy stunning views of the Vosges Mountain Range, the Alsatian plain, and the German Black Forest. Finally, we will conclude the tour with an Alsatian wine tasting before returning to Colmar after approximately 9 hours.
