We’ll begin our tour at Heumarkt 6, near the historic Zur Malzmühle brewery. You can enjoy an ice-cold beer while learning about the customs that make Cologne’s brewhouses unique, including local beers such as Kölsch and their proper serving methods.
Experience Cologne in a distinctive way as we navigate the vibrant streets, immersing in its rich brewing culture from the ambiance of the brewhouses to the stories behind each pint. You’ll also learn how to order local beers like a local.
We will visit three more iconic brewhouses, with typical stops including Gilden im Zims, Sion brewhouse, and Bierhaus en d'r Salzgass. With 43 brewhouses in Cologne, there is much to explore!
Our tour lasts approximately 2-2.5 hours and concludes in the heart of the Old Town.
