Guided Exploration of Colombo

This guided exploration will commence at 8 am at the entrance of the Dutch Hospital, a historic healthcare facility transformed into a vibrant area filled with shops and dining options.

Our first destination will be the Galle Face Green Beach Park, where we will enjoy a leisurely walk along Colombo's sole public beach. Following this, we will navigate through the harbor district and stroll along York Street, characterized by its stunning British colonial architecture that narrates centuries of history.

Continuing our journey, we'll traverse the Fort area, the bustling heart of Colombo, leading us to the impressive President's House. After admiring its striking white exterior, we will proceed to visit St. Peter's Church and the iconic Jami Ul-Alfar, widely recognized as the bold red mosque of this former Ceylon capital.

Colombo is also a melting pot of various faiths and includes numerous places of worship. A standout is the Sri Muthu Mariamman Temple, often referred to simply as the Hindu Temple. Its vibrant facade is one of the most photographed sites in the city and is sure to captivate your imagination!

Afterward, we will enjoy a serene walk along Beira Lake. The guided exploration will wrap up between 10:30 and 11 am in the historic center of Colombo.
