Are you in Tortuguero and looking for an authentic experience in Costa Rica's jungle? We will meet in front of the football field to begin this hiking trail by night.

After a brief introduction, we'll hand out the torches and set off into the Tortuguero Jungle. The majority of animals in tropical jungles are more active at night.

In the darkness and silence, the noises made by animals will become more evident. Stay alert, as we'll show you how to identify frogs, snakes, sloths, iguanas, armadillos, and spiders. With some luck, we may spot a rodent or perhaps peccaries or tatabros.

We will conclude our hike after 2 to 3 hours at the initial starting point.
