Tour Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Belo Horizonte and travel to Brumadinho. Prepare to taste Brazil's famous drink and the delicacies of Minas Gerais.

Upon arrival, we'll participate in two workshops focusing on typical charcuterie products and learn about some traditional drinks. We'll explore their secrets, curiosities, and preparation techniques.

First, the cachaça workshop includes a welcome drink. We'll spend nearly an hour learning everything about the most popular drink in Brazil and will taste 4 different types of cachaça, along with a surprise drink and a drink that you can eat.

Next, we will take a guided tour of a factory specializing in cold meats and sausages, learning the ancestral techniques of Minas Gerais butchers.

We will conclude with a meal including a starter, a cold meats-based main course, and dessert. Then, we will return to Belo Horizonte, dropping you off at your hotel approximately four hours after pickup.
